How Our Packages Work
From choosing a package to your embassy decision, the process runs in five steps. Depending on your package, we either guide you through the application or file the whole thing for you.

Choose a package
Pick the option that matches your length of stay, your training goals, and the embassy you plan to apply through. Not sure which fits? Book a free consultation and we will help you choose.

Submit your information
After payment, you send the details we need to prepare your documents: your personal identification, the embassy or consulate you will be applying through, and anything it specifically asks for.

Receive your documents
Within two business days, we issue your official training invitation letter and receipt, plus any supporting documents the embassy needs. Once your documents are issued, package details cannot be changed.

Apply at a Thai embassy or consulate
You apply from outside Thailand, at the Thai embassy or consulate of the country where you are a citizen or permanent resident. That country will also need to issue you a police clearance certificate — start this early, as it takes several weeks in some countries. Depending on your tier, we either guide you or file the entire application for you.

Application outcome
If you are approved, you enter Thailand under the DTV and start training. If you are refused, you can reapply or request a refund under our policy.
A note on expectations: approval rates vary by embassy, nationality, and individual circumstances. A longer package does not guarantee approval, visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or consulate, and every applicant is responsible for meeting the visa requirements before applying.

About membership freezes
If you need to leave Thailand for travel or work, you can freeze your membership without penalty on the longer packages, so you do not lose training days. Freezes are taken in minimum blocks of two weeks.
Important to know:
- Prices are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at enrollment and shown on the official receipt for your embassy submission.
- Embassy application fees are not included in the package price.

Full Application Filing

We file your entire application on your behalf, the same complete filing service included in the 12-Month package and in our Document Service. Adding it to your 3-, 6-, or 9-Month package upgrades your refund to 100%, except on the 3-Month package, where the refund is capped at minus ฿5,000 even with this add-on. A three-month enrollment is a lighter application to begin with, and that part we cannot change by filing it for you.

90-Day Reporting Service

Thai immigration law requires all long-term visa holders to report their current address every 90 days. As an add-on, we manage this for you, up to 4 reports over your first year, so you never have to think about it or risk a missed deadline.

The Compliance Pack

When you renew your visa or deal with immigration, authorities may ask for evidence that you are genuinely taking part in your Soft Power activity. The Compliance Pack gives you an official, stamped proof-of-training certificate with a QR code that lets an immigration officer verify online, in seconds, that you are actively enrolled. To receive your certificate you must actively attend training and submit a recent photo for our records. Attendance is verified before the certificate is issued.
A note on compliance: we do not issue fraudulent documents or misrepresent training status to embassies under any circumstances. We enforce this to protect our government license, the integrity of your visa, and the trust we have built with Thai immigration over hundreds of applications.

Refund: This package includes a 100% refund if your application is not approved. Because we review your documents and file the application ourselves, we only take on cases we are confident in. It carries the same support as our Full Service tier.
How it differs from training packages: The Document Service is administrative only. It does not include Muay Thai training, gym access, or Soft Power enrollment certification. If you want to apply under the Soft Power route through training, see the training packages above.

Application Support Explained
Every training package includes step-by-step application support. This is what separates us from a standard gym membership. The longer your package, the more of the application we handle for you. There are four tiers, and each builds on the one before it.

Tier 1: DIY — included in the 3-Month package
For applicants who want to file the application themselves but need expert guidance to avoid critical mistakes.
- Complete document checklist: a clear, step-by-step list of what the embassy expects from you
- Ongoing communication: email and WhatsApp support throughout your application
This tier does not include document review, and it does not carry a refund guarantee.

Tier 2: Foundation — included in the 6-Month package
Everything in Tier 1, plus:
- Document review and compliance check: we audit your documents before you submit them
Because we have reviewed your paperwork, we back this tier with a refund minus ฿5,000 if your application is rejected.

Tier 3: Hands-On — included in the 9-Month package
Everything in Tier 2, plus:
- Cover letter drafting: our visa team writes a customized cover letter that explains your profile and intentions to the embassy
If a rejection is shown to be our error, you receive a full refund. For any other reason, refund minus ฿5,000.

Tier 4: Full Service — included in the 12-Month package
Everything in Tier 3, plus:
- Complete application filing: we fill in the entire e-Visa form and upload all supporting documents for you
Because we control the whole process, this is our strongest guarantee: a 100% no-questions-asked refund, plus reimbursement of the embassy application fees you paid out of pocket.

Refund and Reapplication Policy
This section explains refund eligibility, reapplication options, and time limits. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
If your application is rejected, you can choose one of two options:
- Option A: Reapply at a Thai embassy or consulate. We can issue updated documents if needed. Any courier or postal costs are your responsibility.
- Option B: Request a refund. Your refund depends on the package you bought, as shown below.

The 12-Month Full Service guarantee
If you enroll in the 12-Month package and your visa is rejected, we refund your package in full, no questions asked, and we also reimburse the embassy application fees you paid out of pocket.
Pre-submission review
Because the 12-Month guarantee and the Document Service both include a 100% refund promise, we review your documents and eligibility before we submit. If we find that your documents are incomplete, that your circumstances do not meet embassy requirements, or that the application has a high risk of rejection, we may issue a full refund and decline to proceed. In that case you can:
- Provide more documents to strengthen your application
- Switch to a different package tier without the guarantee
- Take a 100% refund and not proceed
After a rejection
Whichever option you choose, the following applies.
- Reapplying and upgrading. If you upgrade to a longer package by paying the difference rather than taking the refund above, the new package’s refund terms apply only to the amount you paid to upgrade — your original package price remains non-refundable. If that upgrade brings you to the 12-Month package, we reserve the right to exclude the embassy fee reimbursement from that guarantee.
- Refund deadlines. Any refund request must be made within three months of the date we issue your documents. After three months the refund window closes, whether or not an application was submitted, and whether or not it was rejected. You must also submit your DTV application within 30 days of receiving your documents to remain eligible.
- What a refund covers. Standard refunds apply to training package fees only. We cannot refund embassy fees or additional services, except under the 12-Month guarantee.
After approval
Once your application is approved, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. We do not refund for changes in personal plans, travel decisions, or immigration policy updates.
Conditions that affect your refund eligibility
- Compliance Protection: refund protection is conditional on you providing complete and accurate information and following our application instructions. We reserve the right to deny a refund where a rejection results from fraud, deception, material omission or withheld information, immigration violations, or criminal history.
- Applicant Eligibility: refund guarantees assume you meet the applicable DTV eligibility requirements at the time of application. Rejections resulting from a failure to meet financial, residency, or other personal eligibility requirements are not eligible for a refund.
- Application Cooperation: you must reasonably comply with embassy requests for additional information, documents, interviews, or corrections. Failing to respond to or complete an embassy request may result in loss of refund eligibility.
- Document Alteration: Tiger Eye documents must be submitted complete and exactly as issued. Altering, editing, or submitting only part of our documentation without our approval may result in loss of refund eligibility. Leaving out pages you judge irrelevant is the most common reason an embassy comes back asking for more documents, which delays your application.
