Muay Thai
Muay Thai is Thailand’s national combat sport, known worldwide for its devastating use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. At Tiger Eye, our Muay Thai classes run 90 minutes and are designed to give you a complete training experience rooted in authentic Thai methods.
Each session begins with a standard warm-up focused on mobility work, followed by jumping rope and shadowboxing to get your body primed for technique. From there, we move into partner drills that help you develop timing, distance, and the feel of applying skills against another person. Every student gets three rounds on the pads with an instructor, ensuring you receive personal attention and real-time feedback on your form. We typically close sessions with conditioning work to build the endurance Muay Thai demands.
Every month, we run a fitness test so you can track your progress over time. Our Muay Thai classes are geared toward beginners and intermediate students, though experienced practitioners are always welcome. If you’ve never trained before, don’t worry. Brand new people walk through our door every single day, and our classes are built to be accessible while still teaching authentic technique. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed martial arts combines striking and grappling into a complete fighting system. Our MMA classes teach you how to blend the techniques of Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu into effective combinations that work standing or on the ground.
Training includes striking drills, takedown practice, ground-and-pound positioning, and transitions between ranges. Training includes pad work with coaches, partner drills to develop timing and combinations, and opportunities for controlled sparring as you progress. We place heavy emphasis on fundamentals because solid footwork and proper head movement are what separate capable boxers from everyone else.

Kid's MMA
Tiger Eye’s Kids MMA program is possibly the only dedicated kids MMA class in Bangkok. Led by head coach Bashir Ahmad, who brings experience from the US Military, traditional martial arts, and combat sports including wrestling, our program offers children a unique blend of effective training and genuine fun.
We believe martial arts should be joyful for kids. Our approach combines real self-defense skills with plenty of laughter, play, and age-appropriate challenges. Children learn striking fundamentals, grappling basics, and the coordination that comes from training multiple disciplines. More importantly, they develop confidence, discipline, and respect for themselves and others.
What makes our kids program special is the community behind it. Parents are genuinely involved in the direction of the team, and we’ve found that it truly takes a village to raise confident, capable children. Our student body includes many homeschooling families who value the structure and socialization martial arts provides alongside their educational approach.
